The 16-storeyed building of the hotel Sputnik was constructed in 1967 in a prestigious district of Moscow. The upper windows of the hotel give magnificent panorama of one of the most picturesque and ecologically clear places in Moscow – the Vorobyev Hills (the Lenin Hills).In 1981 the Sputnik was renovated. For a long time opened only for a close bureaucratic circle, the hotel welcomed common guests only a few years ago.The calm and business-like atmosphere as well as extensive conferencing facilities and meeting space make the Sputnik attractive for businesspeople. The Sputnik has 317 rooms of different categories capable to accommodate more than 500 guests at the same time. Two floors of the hotel were repaired in accordance with European standards.
