We stayed here for 5 days and were pleased and impressed buy this hotel. The beds were firm, however they had down pillowtops, so soft, that when you lay down you sink in! After a hard day of site seeing and tramping all over Moscow, we were out like a light! The room was very clean and up to date with granite counter tops in the bath. This was our 1st trip to Moscow in a series in order to adopt a Russian child. We will be back to stay at this hotel again. A ton of airline employees stayed here while we were there, from many different airlines. The front desk was helpful and pleasent, including the conceirge. The only person that wasn't nice was the girl managing the business center, she had a bit of a bite. The building is quiet and good for sleeping. We didn't eat here, there were too many other good places in the city and all you have to do is walk to Prospect Mira for dinner. Shopping is near by in the Olympic center. The Metro subway is about a 4 block (US Distance) walk, so it's quick and easy to get to anywhere for sight seeing ... and cheap too! We used the indoor swimming pool and it was nice ... locker rooms were nice & clean also. We noticed a few other couples that were adopting and bringing their new ones home with them. The hotel provided some sort of bed for the little ones too. This shouldn't discourage any business travelers. It's not like there are kids running and making noise all over the place. It's very quiet.

Just came home from Moscow, and we loved this hotel. The service was excellent, and the bakery was our favorite place for coffee and danish. The rooms were clean and modern, though the beds were a bit hard. We would stay there again.
